Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation and Booking

  • All reservations are subject to availability.  
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation  without providing a specific reason.  
  • A valid credit card or cash deposit may be required to secure a  reservation.  
  • Any special requests should be made at the time of booking but  cannot be guaranteed.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Our standard check-in time is after 3:00 pm local time, and check out time is before 11:00 am local time. 
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and  is subject to additional charges.  
  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport  at check-in.  

3. Payment

  • Full payment for your room and any additional charges, such as  taxes, service fees, or incidental expenses, is due upon check-in. Your total bill, including additional expenses such as food and  beverages, activities, transport, and the like, is payable upon check out. 
  • We accept cash (Indonesian rupiah), credit cards, and debit cards as  valid forms of payment. 
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the provided  credit card before arrival.

4. Cancellation and No-Show

  • Our cancellation policies vary, based on the rate and package you  have booked. Guests should review the specific cancellation policy  outlined in our Cancellation, Deposit, and Refund Policy. 
  • Failure to cancel a reservation within the specified cancellation  period may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay or the  full reservation amount. 
  • In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled check in date), the hotel reserves the right to charge the full reservation  amount. See for more information our Cancellation, Deposit, and  Refund Policy. 

5. Hotel Policies

  • For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all  guest rooms and designated non-smoking areas. If you smoke in  non-smoking areas, you may be subject to fines or additional  charges. 
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort, with the exception of guide dogs.  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property or  amenities during their stay. 

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Personal Belongings:

▪ We cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage  to guests’ personal belongings or valuables during their stay. 

▪ Guests are advised to take appropriate measures to safeguard  their personal belongings and valuables. 

  • Disruption and Inconvenience: 

▪ The hotel shall not be held liable for any disruption or  

inconvenience caused by maintenance work, natural  

disasters, strikes, or any other events beyond our control. 

  • Safety and Health: 

▪ Guests participate in any activities or use facilities provided  by the hotel at their own risk. 

▪ The hotel does not accept responsibility for any accidents,  injuries, or health issues that may arise during the guests’ stay. ▪ The hotel recommends that guests obtain suitable travel  

insurance to cover any potential losses or unforeseen  

circumstances during their stay. 

  • Third Parties and Circumstances: 

▪ The hotel shall not be held responsible for any disturbances 

or inconveniences caused by third parties or circumstances  beyond its control. 

  • Facility Usage: 

▪ The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury  resulting from the use of our swimming pool, restaurant, or any  other recreational areas. 

▪ Please refer to our House Rules for specific guidelines and  instructions regarding facility usage. 

7. Facilities and Services

  • Our facilities and services are subject to availability, maintenance,  and weather conditions.  
  • Occasionally, certain facilities or services may be limited or  temporarily unavailable. We apologise in advance for any  

inconvenience caused and assure you that we will do our best to  minimize any disruptions to your stay. 

  • Please refer to our House Rules for specific guidelines and  instructions regarding facility usage. 

8. Guest Conduct

  • We kindly request all guests to treat fellow guests, our staff, and the  property itself with respect and consideration. 
  • Any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal  will result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund. • Please consult our House Rules for practical guidelines with regards  to our expectations surrounding guest behaviour and the use of  hotel facilities. 

9. Swimming Pool Usage

  • Our swimming pool is open between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm and is  available for use at your own risk.  
  • We do not provide lifeguard services, so please exercise caution  and supervise children at all times. 
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your safety and the safety of those  in your care while using the swimming pool. 
  • Please consult our House Rules for practical guidelines with regards  to the use of our swimming pool. 

10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions  without prior notice. 
  • We encourage you to review the latest terms and conditions on our  official website or upon check-in.
